On any public hub page, tap Follow.
A short window opens. Enter your email address and confirm.
That's it — the button changes to Following, and you'll see a message confirming you're now following the hub.
You don't create an account and you're not signed up to anything else — just notifications from that one hub.
Whenever the hub publishes a new resource, you'll get a short email letting you know, with a link to view it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Open any email you've received from the hub (the confirmation email or a new-resource notification).
Tap the Unsubscribe link at the bottom.
You'll see a confirmation page: "You've been removed from [Hub Name]'s follower list. You won't receive any further notifications."
No login needed — the unsubscribe link does it for you, immediately.
The Following state is remembered on the device you used, so if you follow on your phone and later visit on a laptop, the button may not show Following there yet. Your follow is still active — you'll keep getting emails.
Following the same hub twice with the same email won't create duplicates — you'll only ever get one set of notifications.
Your followers' email addresses are stored against your hub and are visible only to you as the Hub Admin. They're not added to any mailing list or AI processing - they're yours alone, for keeping your audience informed.
1. Go to Settings > Learner Analytics.
2. Click the Followers tile.
3. A pop-up opens showing everyone following your hub, most recent first, with their email and the date they followed.
If you’d like to let your followers know about a change or update to an existing reource, you can do that too. From the Followers pop-up, click Copy all to copy every email at once, or Export to download the list. Paste that into your usual email tool and send your update.
Followers who no longer want updates can unsubscribe themselves at any time using a link in every email they receive - you don't need to manage this manually.
- Want to remove a follower yourself? Use the bin icon next to their email in the Followers list.
- Your follower count is only visible to you, not to visitors to your hub.
