When you create a Shareable (learning resource), you own it. Only you can edit your content unless you specifically give permission to others to collaborate.
Importantly, Kaha Create does not own your content - you do. We’re just helping you share it.
Your organisation members can view your content based on the access settings you choose
You control whether content is free, paid, or requires special access
Content stays within your organisation unless you explicitly share it elsewhere
Collaborative content: You can invite other Creators to help edit specific resources
Organisation templates: Admins and Owners can create templates for everyone to use
Archived content: Only Owners can permanently delete organisation content
Check these things:
Do you have a Creator or higher role?
Have you selected the right organisation?
Has your organisation reached its plan limit?
Solution: Contact your organisation's Owner or Admin to check your role.
This might be because:
The content is restricted or in draft mode
Your role doesn't permit access to that type of content
You're looking in the wrong organisation
Solution: Check with the content creator or your Admin about access.
Remember:
Only Owners and Admins can invite people
You can only invite people to organisations where you have Owner or Admin role
Solution: Ask your Owner or Admin to send the invitation, or request an Admin role if appropriate.
Role changes can only be made by your organisation's Owner. Contact them to discuss your needs and whether a role change is appropriate.
No - for security reasons, only Owners can change roles. This ensures proper oversight of who has access to what.

Roles take effect immediately: When your role changes, your permissions update straight away
Multiple organisations: Having different roles in different organisations is completely normal
