Check if the resource is still in Draft mode
Verify if approval workflow is enabled and content is pending review
Ensure the resource hasn't been set to private or restricted access
"A contributor can't upload content"
Confirm they have Creator or Admin permissions
Check that their invitation was accepted and they've logged in
Verify they're using a supported file format (MP4, MOV for videos; PDF, PPT for documents)
"How do I remove someone's access?"
Go to Huh Members in Settings
Find the person you want to remove
Click the three dots (⋮) next to their name
Select Remove Access or Change Role
"Learners are reporting technical issues"
Check the System Status page for any platform-wide issues
Ask learners to try a different browser or clear their cache
