You can determine if a Hub is Public or Restricted. If you’d like to make a learning resource in a private Hub, available publicly, you’ll need to create another, public Hub and add the resource there.
If you want to make a learning resource in a public Hub, private - you can protect it with a password. If you want to make the access to a resource restricted to specific people, while the rest of the Hub is public, let us know here and we’ll put that on the roadmap to build: Request a feature
If you want to change the access settings on an existing learning resource:
Go to the Sharing House
Click the three-dot menu, then Edit
Skip through to the Access/Sharing screen and turn on the password toggle
Navigate to Reports in Settings
