Navigate to Hub Settings from your admin dashboard
Upload your organisation's logo and select brand colours
Write a compelling hub description that explains your kaupapa (purpose) and what knowledge you're sharing
Set your hub's visibility preferences (public, private, or invitation-only)
Go to Team Management in your admin dashboard
Click Invite Contributors
Enter email addresses and select permission levels:
Contributor: Can create and publish their own Shareables
Editor: Can edit any content in the hub
Viewer: Can access content but not create or edit
Send invitations and track who has joined
Upload existing materials: Transform PDFs, presentations, or videos into interactive Shareables
Record fresh content: Use Kaha Create's teleprompter and sticky notes features
Invite experts: Have team members create their own Shareables to build your knowledge library
