Your shareables are more than just content—they're your knowledge transformed into impact. We've made it simple to manage them with our intuitive 3-dot menu, located in the top-right corner of each shareable card in your Sharing House.
With just a few clicks, you can rename, edit, or delete your shareables, giving you complete control over how you share your expertise with the world.
Navigate to your Sharing House from the main menu
Look for the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of any shareable card
Click the menu to reveal your options
Click the 3-dot menu (⋮) on your shareable card
Select "Rename" from the dropdown
In the popup window, edit your title in the text field
Click "Save" to update your shareable's name
Your new title will appear immediately on your card

You'll be taken to the editing interface where you can:
Update your content
Add new resources
Adjust pricing or access settings

Archive: Temporarily disable your shareable while keeping all content safe
Delete Permanently: Completely remove your shareable and all associated content
Cancel: Return to your Sharing House without making changes

Q: I can't see the 3-dot menu on my shareable
A: The 3-dot menu only appears on shareables you own or have permission to edit. If you're viewing someone else's content in your learning dashboard, you won't see management options.
Q: The rename function isn't saving my changes
A: Try these steps:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection
Check that your new title isn't empty
Refresh the page and try again
If the issue persists, contact our support team
Q: My edit button takes me to a blank page
A: This usually indicates a temporary loading issue:
Wait a moment for the page to fully load
Check your internet connection
Try refreshing your browser
Clear your browser cache if the problem continues
Q: I accidentally deleted my shareable—can I get it back?
A: If you chose "Archive," you can restore your content by contacting support. However, permanently deleted shareables cannot be recovered, so we always recommend archiving first.
Q: What's the difference between archiving and permanently deleting?
A: Archive temporarily disables your shareable while keeping all your content, videos, and data safe—perfect for content you might want to restore later. Permanent deletion removes everything forever and cannot be undone.
Q: Can I rename multiple shareables at once?
A: Currently, renaming works one shareable at a time. This ensures you can give each piece of content the attention it deserves and avoid accidental changes.
Q: Will editing my shareable affect people who have already accessed it?
A: Updates to your content will be visible to future learners. People who have already completed your shareable will see the updated version if they revisit it.
Q: Can I undo changes after editing?
A: While there's no automatic undo function, you can always edit your content again to make further changes. We recommend keeping notes of significant updates for your own reference.
Q: Why can't I see the 3-dot menu on some cards?
A: You'll only see the management menu on shareables you own or have editing permissions for. Content from other creators or organisations won't show these options in your view.
